ELEAD is a product of Sunnydell Digital LLC. These terms are between you and Sunnydell Digital LLC.

Using ELEAD

You may use ELEAD to send and receive referrals for legitimate home-service work. You're responsible for the accuracy of the leads your team sends and for getting the customer's permission first.

Referral fees and agreements

Companies that refer jobs to each other sign a referral agreement in ELEAD. Fees and bonuses are agreements between the companies involved. ELEAD records the signatures and calculates the amounts but is not a party to those agreements and does not guarantee payment.

Customer rewards programs

Customers who join a company's rewards program accept that company's program terms. Rewards are offered and paid by the company, not by ELEAD.

Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled. There is no free trial. If a payment fails and isn't fixed within 7 days, the plan is paused until it is; your data is kept.

Acceptable use

Don't send spam, don't upload content you don't have rights to, and don't try to access leads that weren't shared with you.

Text messages (ELEAD Lead Alerts)

Partner contractors get a text when a referral is sent to them. Customers who agree to be contacted get a text introducing the contractor, and after a completed job, a link to refer friends. Message frequency varies with lead activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; after STOP you'll get one confirmation and no further texts.
